B. Nature of the Website and Content

Zipibu is an independent editorial project. The Website publishes informational and descriptive content about outdoor activities near major Polish cities. The Content is produced for general informational purposes only and does not constitute professional advice of any kind, including but not limited to medical, legal, safety, or navigational advice.

The Operator is not a tour operator, travel agent, activity booking platform, or guide service. The Website does not sell, arrange, or facilitate the purchase of any outdoor activities, tours, equipment, or services. All Content is provided as editorial information only.

Outdoor activities involve inherent physical risks. Trail conditions, water quality, transport connections, access rights, and other factors described in the Content may change without notice. Users are solely responsible for assessing conditions and risks before undertaking any outdoor activity. The Operator does not assume responsibility for decisions made on the basis of Content published on the Website.

C. Intellectual Property

All Content on the Website, including text, images, graphic design elements, and PDF documents, is the intellectual property of the Operator unless otherwise stated. Content is protected under Polish copyright law (Ustawa z dnia 4 lutego 1994 r. o prawie autorskim i prawach pokrewnych, Dz.U. 1994 Nr 24 poz. 83, as amended) and applicable European Union intellectual property law.

Trail conditions, public transport timetables, lake water quality designations, park regulations, and access permissions are subject to change. Users should verify current conditions using official sources (including pttk.pl, koleje.pl, gis.gov.pl, and relevant national park authority websites) before undertaking any activity described in the Content.

The Operator does not warrant that the Website will be available at all times or that it will be free from errors or interruptions.

E. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Polish law, the Operator shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from reliance on Content published on the Website, from participation in any outdoor activity described in the Content, from inaccurate or outdated information in the Content, or from any technical failure of the Website.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits the Operator's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded under Polish or European Union law.

The Website contains links to external websites and resources, including government websites, transport operator websites, and national park authority pages. These links are provided for informational convenience only. The Operator does not control the content of external websites and accepts no responsibility for their content, accuracy, availability, or privacy practices. G. User Conduct

Nothing in these Terms affects your rights as a consumer under applicable Polish or European Union consumer protection law, including the Polish Consumer Rights Act (Ustawa z dnia 30 maja 2014 r. o prawach konsumenta, Dz.U. 2014 poz. 827, as amended).
